| Hello, My friends mother died and left a house in Florida, 50% to him and 50% to his brother, who is now currently deported. His father who was never married to his mother is currently paying the mortgage. He QUIT CLAIMED THE PROPERTY TO HIS DAD, but I do not believe it was recorded, because the Property Appraisals office is showing his brothers and him as owners. He wants to sell, but cannot find his brother at all. Can he sell the property without his brother since he is no where to be found and not in the country? And, Since his dad is on the mortgage loan, does he have a say? |
