Default BOfA not removing inaccuarte data from credit report

I had filed bankruptcy 2 years ago. I my credit report, I found BOfA listed which is not correct. I have already paid off their credit cards before filing and I disputed it with the BOfA as well as the agencies bit they won't remove it. Is it p[ossible to get this corrected since they don't want to. And if it's done can it raise my score? Also I would like to apply for credit card to help raise my score. Can you suggest a company that can provide me with a card even though I have been through bankruptcy. I do have a mortgage which I didn't list in the bankruptcy.

Hi...okay You Can Re-dispute With Experian, transunion, and Equifax And Request For An Investigation Of The Results Or You Can Just Sue Them In Your Small Claims Court. ...yes It Will Def Raise Your Score...you Should Try Capital One. Do Some Research On Credits Cards That Are Okay With Past Bks. Good Luck
