| The Conv signifies a Conventional Loan, and the PMI is a slightly separate thing but just means in this case the Loan Is a 30 Year Conventional Loan with added PMI which is Private Mortgage Insurance. The Private Mortgage Insurance just insures the lender in case you default. |
