| We just found out our mortgage company Wells Fargo raised our monthly payment $77.00 and forgot to mention it to us. Now even thought we have paid the monthly payments, they have put us in foreclosure for not making the full payment counting it as only a partial. Please help |

| Agreed...the only thing you can really do is get a copy of the paperwork. Let us know when you have an update

| They said they sent notification but when asked for copies of the paperwork they couldn't find it. I guess my friend need to consult a lawyer. Thank you all for the valuable help. |
