|  Quit claim on Mobile home-In a mobile home park Hi, I am on the title of our Mobile Home with my Dad. The Mobile Home sits in a Mobile Home Park in which we pay a Mortgage for the Mobile Home and we pay a space rental fee for the space the Home sits on. The space is owned by the Mobile Home Park. Can my Dad quit deed the mobile home to me? |
