| My husband and I are going thru a legal separation. He has requested me to have my lawyer quit claim deed our three properties. He has requested for his name to be removed from our family home where I now reside, and my name be removed from the other two properties, one of which he resides and the other is a rental and that I and he be removed as beneficiary of any properties, benefits, or finacial assests. My question is, do I need to pay a lawyer or realtor to complete these task or is this something I can arrange by contacting the mortgage company myself? |
