Just a quick note regarding Zino Mortgage.

We offer an open forum where anyone is free to join, and anyone is free to discuss their experiences, stories and views. These opinions in no way reflect the opinion of ZinoMortgage.com, and we offer no guarantee the opinions from user contributions are factual as we have no way to verify their legitimacy.

When dealing with your finances, it's always a good idea to research information from multiple sources in order to make an informed decision.

ZinoMortgage.com is not a Mortgage or Finance company, and we have no affiliation with any such company. We are in essence a non-profit website, although we do display advertising to guests to cover operating costs which include running the web server, maintaining the forum software licenses and maintaining the domain registration.

This advertising is handled by Google(TM) and ZinoMortgage.com has no input regarding what companies appear within this advertising, this is completely random on every page load however the Google(TM) system ensures these ads are related to the content of the page you are viewing to ensure they offer relevance.

We do not accept payment from any Mortgage or Finance company, although you are free to list your companies information for no cost in the Mortgage Marketing section to enable visitors to assess your services.

Also we have a "No Email Policy", what this means is we do NOT Email you for any reason relating to any Mortgage or Financial matters. The only time you will receive an Email from ZinoMortgage.com is due to alerts you personally set. For instance, you can set your forum account to notify you of new posts to threads you have subscribed to or new Private Messages.. However this is set to "off" by default, so in order for this to happen you need to manually activate the option.

Also if you add your Birthday in your profile, the board will send you an Email on this date wishing you a Happy Birthday.

We also do "not" pass your Email or Personal Information to any third party, period. I personally hate spam emails and marketing, so this will never happen.. Ever!

So you are not a financial company? Awesome! This is basically a forum for everyone to say whatever they want about mortgages, right?

I'm really liking this site so far. I've never seen a mortgage forum. It's a very cool concept. I'm sure a lot of folks will find something that helps them. I know I have already.

Nope, the site has no affiliation with any mortgage or lending company.

The idea for the site is solely for people to be able to discuss their stories and issues related to their finances, mortgages, personal loans etc and also seek advice from others who have been through similar experiences.

The site is only just starting to get established, but hopefully over time it will become a great resource and can help many people.
