As you may of noticed, ZinoMortgage is currently displaying Advertising in the header of all pages. I really dislike advertising on sites as i feel it detracts from from the overall look and feel of the site, however at times it's a necessary evil in order to help pay for server costs, software licenses, domain registration and assist with promotion of the site to make it more popular.

The good news is, by registering members receive no advertising. I have added some custom code to the advertising so it is only displayed to guests, and once you are logged in as a member there is no advertising what so ever.

This is a good trade off because it allows the site to obtain revenue to help grow, it rewards members who join the community and participate and at the same time offers guests more incentive to register.

Members will never be shown any advertising, not now or in the future.
