All you have to do is call all your old leads who are suffering and in default now, and offer to refi them with a new mortgage that's reduced by 35-40% percent. Option Next will do all the back-breacking negotiation with the banks for you, get a short-refi approved, and then all you have to do is get them a refi loan, knocking off a huge chunk of principal.
