Default One of the best loans in Colorado

WELCOME TO WWW.COLORADO-LOANS.NET

What We Do
We provide you with a full suite of residential and commercial loan products to meet all your mortgage needs in Colorado.

Why use a mortgage broker?
There are two main reasons to use a mortgage broker. The first reason is that a mortgage broker has access to hundreds of loan portfolios at different lending institutions. A bank only has one portfolio. In almost every case you will get a more competitive rate / fee structure with a mortgage broker than you will with a local bank or even credit union.

The second reason to use a mortgage broker is for security. While online loan companies have comparable rates, they are not able to provide the same level of customer service. Your home mortgage is typically your largest financial transaction. When purchasing a home there are many items that must be coordinated in a short period of time including the appraisal, locking the loan, home inspection, survey, title company schedule, underwriting, etc. The last thing you want is for something to go wrong without someone standing by you. Using a local mortgage broker who lives in your community and works daily with your realtor, appraiser, and title company gives you the peace of mind that if something does not go as planned, there will be someone who knows who to call and is willing to help 24 X 7.

Hello Colorado Loans,

Thanks for stopping by and listing your company, i have just moved your post to the Mortgage Marketing section. This is for lenders to list their company details, profiles, press releases and current offers. This will help keep things in order and allow visitors to find your details easier.

Thanks, ZinoMortgage.com

Hey Colorado. I'm looking for a commercial loan as we speak. I've been leasing the lot and building that my small business is on for a long time. The owner wants to sell it, and I think I need to buy this thing before someone else becomes my lessor.

I've heard about using a mortgage broker before. My understanding is that you work with a lot of lenders to find the best deal for me. Does that sound right??

Last question, do you help commercial loan customers in New Mexico? If not, can you recommend a mortgage broker in my state, or tell me how to choose the best loan broker in New Mexico?

Thanks mate!!

Glenn
