| Does anyone know how much typically each one of those fees/charges would be based on like $100,000 so we could all see if we were overcharged? Or does it vary by state or type of property? I am so going home to see I got charged both the loan origination fee and the mortgage broker fee. |

| Loan origination and mortgage broker fees vary a lot. It is also a great issue to negotiate over. Many lenders and loan brokers are willing to come down on their listed fees. I have personally haggled to have my loan origination fees for my home loan completely removed. I don't know what the averages are, but maybe this will help you. One other thought- never go into a home loan closing without knowing all of the fees. If you don't know what you are being charged for when you meet with the title attorneys, you haven't done your homework. |

| Take Gtulls advice and never go to a closing not knowing the fees included. Good Luck!
