 BPO - Where'd it go?
Well we were supposed to have an approval by today and close on this house via Short Sale. However the only holdup seems to be that the BPO that has been submitted by the RE Agent is not showing up in the system and my LMS cannot issue an approval without it. I contacted the agent to let her know that my LMS cannot see it and she says that it got kicked back because she needed better comps. She got more comps and resubmitted but my LMS still is not able to see the BPO. He's hoping it will be there tomorrow and we can move forward. The agent said this was uploaded to the system on Friday the 23rd. Does anyone have any idea as to why it's not showing up? Thanks so much.Wendy |
