Wells Fargo in MO, hoping for modification well new member here and in trouble with adjustable rate from wells fargo, I just got off the phone with loss mit as I got "the letter" they want to foreclose, I was 90 days behind due to issues with my job, which is now fixed, but they no longer want payments. I am working on a hardship letter, and will get that sent out asap. I could not refinance the previous years during the increases as I was laid off and then had to show steady income as my job had changed to straight commission. so I was paying 12.5% now noone will touch me in refinance as I am now 90 days behind ( I was current up till March. I can make payments now, but not back, and of course still stuck at 12.5%. hoping things will work out, I am planning on selling the last of my 401K which will result in tax penalties to keep it current but the interest is killing me. this is a great site, lots of good ideas.. the idea of selling is nixed by the wife, and we do have some equity in the place. just hit a bump in the road the first of this year. anyone one know of good wells fargo contacts? I have seen some from the other companies.. wish me luck.. |
