|  Notice Of Trustee's Sale I was contacted by a company that said it could help me stay in the home for another 14 months or more by putting my home into a bankruptcy trust and this will prolong the Trustee's sale, my property is scheduled for Sale on March 6th. They say I will have to grant them 1/8 title to the property and if I pay them a $1,300 a month fee they will keep the house in the BK trust and stall the Sale. Is this possible? |
