Has anyone gone through a loan modification with GMAC Mortgage. Are they willing to work with people?

Yes they can work with you for a loan modification, i'm attaching an actual acceptance document from GMAC granting a modification so you can see they do actually grant modifications. I'm not aware how easy or difficult the process is with them.
