We are creating what we believe is going to be a very helpful list of contacts at the lenders.

If you have had a loan modification "actually approved" please tell us:

• Name of lender
• The Lender's modification person YOU worked with
• What is this person's actual title if you know
• This person's business phone and extension

If you went all the way down to the wire, and were not granted a loan mod approval, please tell us this same contact information.

We Want to give recognition to the great people out there who care, didn't drop the ball, went the extra mile, provided you with great service under obviously very trying times. Ultimately, this will be a great list of contacts who will help the most.

Please also give us names or contribute information of lenders or modification persons who were rude, didn't care, did a terrible job, etc. This thread will hopefully show the ones who have a trend of approving or not approving.

Good thread Mike, actually a really great thread.

Even if you can't or don't want to provide specific details like names, phone numbers etc please still post with the company you dealt with.

Over time this will provide a great list, and will no doubt help a lot of people.
