Communicating with your lender can be very frustrating but you must do it ASAP. Your lender is not in the business of Real Estate and they do not want your home. They are in the business of lending money. You must keep your problem in proper perspective. Many times when people in this tough position they avoid calls and avoid there lender. That is the biggest mistake that you can do. Do not avoid your lender if you missed payments, our concerned that you will miss payments in the future, or that your property has already gone into foreclosure . It is very important that you keep records of all communication you had with your lender by phone ,letter,fax or email and in person if you can this will help you have a better time stopping your foreclosure or slowing it down .Talk to your lender rather then avoiding them. And remember to keep a log for your records ….If you need a *peace of mind *you must face what you fear the most. I have found that in most cases that once you decide to face your *fears* you will then begin to experience *peace* again. Regardless on the outcome remember _*everything works out for the good*_.
