|  Lesser of all evils *In general*, would it be safe to say that when it comes to damaging your credit that: A loan modification is better than a short sale A short sale is better than a deed-in-lieu-of-foreclosure (DIL) A DIL is better than a foreclosure A foreclosure is better than a Chapter 13? |
