Hello all

I am a Newbie here and reading for several hours until sometimes 2/3AM This is a Wonderful Site!

Like Most here my story is Kinda Long..Yet tonight I am so Upset I hope I can think straight enough to get in all my most crucial tid-bits and OUTLINE my Basic Needs.. There is REALLY only ONE NEED i have and that is to get out of this gosh Darn Sub-slime(APR) I was MIS-informed (totally) Loan with my HSBC and was i think? OptionONE prior.

On the 17th it ( my mtg payment) went up $600.00 more per month.. I am in THE waiting game with the Hardship letter/Mod Dept after calling now on that weekly basis.. they seem to do so well. Not approved on that as of yet..if I do not get lost in the System? My ARM started at approx. 9.5 heading upwards of 10,11,12 I expect.. I have been in my home Paying faithfully for 2 1/2 yrs. now even when and still barely put food on my table and Gas in my car..

I Have NO life so to speak ..but I want to keep my HOME! I had health Issues earlier and did get a MOD on my loan and was told it would go out sometime in April yet when it DROPPED again i was told it was another year on the MOD Program then I get this $600 just recently which threw me !! I have more times than I can count over the past more than 2 years trying to RE-Finance ..and probably had my credit pulled a million times and have heard everything in the Book ((from Mtg. Companies.. etc..)) about my Problems and their guidelines and like I am a second class citizen..NOT worthy enough.. (not qualified because of Debt-to ratio No Equity..FICO.. etc etc..)

I am sorry but I feel sick over this and NEED to know what to do I can not make my Payment next Month other things have been happening and Now I am draining out completely! I am so Scared, Frustrated, No Sleep and Can't SLEEP .. Please someone anyone advise me on some solutions I Need help and guidance asap some direction please! I want to Keep my home.But dealing with these People is like dealing with a blank! lol ....

I understand from reading here about the non-profit NACA ..I just don't know all the steps.. I DO know about Modifications etc.. but Now also a little about FHA SECURE Programs yet when I call around everyone says the "Guidelines " have changed!! Meaning I need to be all of the above before they will help me out of this horrible ARM wrestle Loan I was scammed into and I am the ONLY responsible party.. so rude and degrading they act to you I am disgusted! So sorry for all my ranting here I hope and Pray I get a reply soon thanks all in advance for reading MY VERY FIRST POST I think I am going to go have a good cry now!
