So i know im not the only person crying about this.

im not worse off than some people but i'm definitely in the same boat. i think i just need a little guidance in the matter. i bought a house in Orlando 2 years ago. got stuck with 2 mortgages. the highest loan is an ARM. i owned a car then. got into an accident soon after. had to buy a new car since my job requires it. after that i was stuck making unanticipated car payments.

i got roommates to help with the extra expense. they walked out on me without notice. i spent months after that trying to find roommates, renters, someone! then spent grueling months renovating my house thinking that was why no one was interested. i started accepting section 8 to get more bites.i finally had to bite the bullet and use a rental broker who thankfully was able to find people for me but they weren't going to rent it if i was living there.so i moved all my stuff into storage.

tried to sell everything in storage to make a buck and realized i was losing more money just keeping it in there. let me just add that im a petite 5 2 100lb woman and i have been doing the renos and moves with the help of one damn good loyal friend who i owe my life to. anyways i ended up in the last place i ever dreamed of being at age 28. my parents house. moved in this january thinking it was only going to be temporary until i get the house refinanced in feburary. well its almost may now and im sol. i started the refi process with my broker in jan.

no one including our faithful govt has been able to help me because a) i now have an "investment property" and b)my debt to income ratio is insanely high. i was told by the last girl trying to help me get into an fha loan that if i made 1000 more that i would qualify. that was right before i found people to rent my house.

now i make that extra amount but my broker said i cant refinance if im not living in my house. the only reason im not living *IN* my house is because im trying to save it, *NOT INVEST*!! someone help. there just has to be a way out of this mess!
