| Hi everyone I am new to the forum. Looks like there is a wealth of information here. I am any investor with 4 SFR that I am going to let go. They all are 30-50K underwater right now. I am open to doing a short sale on them given certain terms with lender. (ie they forego any deficency in the future) What is the best place to start talking to the lender. I am guessing straight to loss mitigation. If so does anyone have the number to go directly to loss mitigation. I will be 30 days late as of 10/1. I don't really want to spend time talking to the collection dept. as I am out of cash to spend on these properties. Lenders are 3 loans with Countrywide:1 loan with ALS:1 Loan with Taylor Bean: Any help would be appreciated. ThanksDon |
