Default Newport Bch Foreclosure: Deficiency Judgement?

Hello, new to this group, considering foreclosing on my home and want to know probability of lender going for a judicial foreclosure and a deficiency judgement.Facts:- In California, Kinecta Credit Union on First and Second- Is a refi of my first/second, no money out, owner occupied, $1.6m First, $190k Second Heloc- The Deed Of Trust has a "power of sale" clause- Underwater: I owe $1.79m and recent sales are $1.45 net of commissions/closing costs- a $300k+ Loss. I have read the threads on this subject, and reviewed Section 580d Anti Deficiency Protection. What is the expert opinion on my risk that the Lender will pursue a judicial foreclose and deficiency judgement? Thanks alot! Regards, CM
