|  Mortgage with Home Eq and running out of money I'm 69 years old. In January, I was told by my doctors to stop working. My wife and I have a 7% 30/40 mortgage held by Home Eq. We have $325,000.00 left on the mortgage. We have credit card debt. Every month, it is a struggle to pay my bills. I am not paying minimums. Any suggestions? |
