hello again everyone i wanted to know if you ever heard or know of a company named [FONT='Arial','sans-serif']The Arizona Short Sale Office i spoke with them yesterday on the phone cause i filled out a save -home-wish where they help a homeowner once a month with there homes [/font][FONT='Arial','sans-serif']i figured it cant hurt well i explained the situation and they said that asc would want alot of money down and if we didnt have they would take the house she said what we can do is a shortsale where a investor would buy it about 20 to 30 % below market value seeing we owe more then its worth he said[/font][FONT='Arial','sans-serif']they have a program its called they buy back program where we dont have to move we can in our home then after 3 years we can buy it back that the investor who buys it would let us stay and pay rent so thats why im asking if you know of them[/font][FONT='Arial','sans-serif']or if its a scam right i dont know what im doing [/font] [FONT='Arial','sans-serif'] thank you cathy[/font]
