| I got a cold call last week from an attorney in Los Angeles who claim will help me with my option arm loan with Countrywide Home Loans. He claims he has a good success rate and the cost is thirty-five hundred dollars. He further said that if he is unable to secure me a modification of my loan, he will return my money. I have to pay upfront if I agree to sign up. I am a little skeptical and wodering if anyone has had experience with the use of attorneys to secure modification of their loans. Will appreciate all inputs. Ondo50. |
