We have been in touch this week with Wilshire, who is owned by Merrill Lynch. The number below is a new fax number for loan modification (http://www.modifyloan.net) documents. 503-946-3848. On April 2, 2008, we faxed modification documents to the fax number on the letter from Wilshire that contained the information they were requesting for our modification. So, yesterday I call wilshire to see why they have not been in touch about mod. Yep, they did't get the fax. I told them your the only company that I have had business with, that puts the wrong fax numbers on their letterheads. So, Iam pissed off!!!!!!!!!! Here we are faxing all our personal information to them, (I have the ok, were fax went though) and no one at this Dam*** company can find paper work that contains SS# Bank acct# you name it. Next thing you know, someone will be empty out our bank acct. of what little money we have. Furthermore, their customer service people are stupid as H**.
