Hello everyone, this is my story i live in long island ny i refied my home and it was sold from wmc, to litton to home q within 3 month of obtaining it ,it is a large loan 1160000 at 7% for 40years fixed .in feb /07 the market was going bad i was into buying houses fixing and selling them that went bad fast ,i fell behind on homeq i am now 15 month behind i was able to find new work about 8 month later and now i make good money i have called home q many many time including 10 time this month every time they say they do not offer a mod of any kind they keep telling me to sell the house i do not want to i love my home and want to grow old here (im 38 now) i need help i hired a lawyer and started a suit in it i stated i was never served because i was in florida at the time also i said the lender and broker robed me they charged 2 extra point over and above the rest of the closing cost for a rate reduction my total closing cost were 60k,this same broker also did 3 other mtges in the same month on other houses so i mentiond that in my suit how could they think i was to pay 20k a month in mtges they said come on you know you will sell them quick they did not care, i did not know better at the time .Ithink i woke a sleeping tiger they responded with a 50 page cross motion for summary judgement and are moving full speed to get a forclosure date i am now trying to stall for time till i found out how to make homeq give me a mod ,can any one please help with any info on what to do next ,o and i cant file for chapter 13 because i owe to much money on my loan ..thank you to all and good luck to all of you
