|  National City Mortgage Charged off $210k Anyone else having issues with Nat city. They charged off my loan on my home. Placed it on my husbands credit. Never once sent letters. Verbally say i am 7 month behind. Didnt file forclosure paperwork. I am only in the first week of the 4th month behind . I want to pay my house payment but they have it as charge off so i dont know what to do.. I mean they never once sent any kind of letter saying they were going to foreclose. They didnt offer help. They just charged it off. As strange is it may seem they did.. I had to already file suite on them back in 03 and won because they collected my tax payments and never applied them towards the taxes and i had to come up with over 11,000 to pay taxes before our court date. HELP >> ANY ADVICE PLEASE>> |
