Default Starting Home EQ process

Just like everyone here I to have fallen behind on my first and second mortgage and had numerous payment arrangements I could 't keep with HOMe EQ, but thinking and being told those were my only options I kept entering them(in my second one right now more than 250% of what my original payment was three and a half years ago. Thanks to this site after reading up about who to contact with a hardship letter, within two hours of sending the letter I was called and they are sending me paperwork to start the process. I also was fortunate enough this week that my second mortage (a prime lender and local bank is helping me with my second. I will keep you posted and i am sure I will have questions. First question is the $150-$200 surplus a month in your budget suppose to be with this ridickous payment I have now that i can't keep up on? Thanks
