|  Unique situation Calif: WAMU holds 1st and 3rd T.D.s; Wells Fargo holds 2nd. Wells Fargo filed Default notice 2/28/08; WAMU filed Default notice on 1st T.D. 4/1/08; no Default filed on WAMU 3rd. Can I, and my borrower daughter, contact Wells Fargo now with offer to pay arrears on day they gain title (this would forestall WAMU from belatedly filing Default notice on 3rd). I can also pay arrears on WAMU 1st T.D. Daughter can then afford payments on both Wells Fargo 2nd and WAMU 1st and save house. |
