After having been told on Friday that my modification application had been denied, i contacted the office of the president of the president, the paralegal of CW, the supervisor of the negotiators, all three of them as advised by Poppy. This morning, I contacted countrywide this morning to find out if there was any status on my modification and was told that the modification file had been sent back to the negotiator for corrections. Apparently, there were documents missing and it needed to be audited by the negotiator and worked on within two days. She stated that in fact it had been denied on March 6th, but that on March 7th it was sent back to the negotiator. As of right now, it is in the hands of the negotiator to obtain the “information needed.” She told me that an email would be sent to her for her to contact me.... fine. I will wait. I called back about an hour later to speak to an different set of ears. She told me that my “file was still being reviewed and that it was close to being finalized.” (HUH?!) According to her, it was not under “Closed and ready to be closed” (as I had been told last Friday) and that I just had to wait for my neg. to call me back. Why would they say it was denied and now that it is under review. COuld the messages i left to those people on Friday have anything to do with it? I continue to wait. :confused:
