Default Countrywide - 3 LOANS

I have 3 loans with Countrywide, one 1st T.D. and 2nd T.D on a rental property and a 2nd T.D. on my residence. I am confused as to where I sent the QWR....I have collected alot of addresses, but not sure where to send the certified QWR. They have been the least cooperative of the other lenders I am working with and have refused me after only a couple of contacts. I have been told by some lenders that they do not modify fixed loans, even if only fixed for short period. I have one that is 9% on the 1st T.D. Is this true?I have been told by Countrywide that they do not modify a rental property, but I have been working on a Wells Fargo loan modification, that they know is a rental, and they are working with me. What do you say? Thanks.
