 unsure what to do
we are current on our mortgages(1st 2nd) but have been running thorugh 401k to stay afloat-- I have tried to speak woth boa but they wont help until we are behind-- we have a person willing to sell us a house on contrct for deed and are thinking about going into that and leaving the houose behind I have had the house on the market for 6 months and no luck I thought of a deed in lieu but was told cannot due if you have a second is that true-- should we take the contract for deed and let this house which we cannot afford any longer since the mortgage bank i was working for for 10 years closed its door. I am now making about 1/10 of what i used to make and my wife is not working as we have 4 childrenshould I get a attorney to represent me thogh the foreclosure process we are so confused asa to what to do I have great credit at this point but we cannot continue to burn through retirement and college funds to stay in the house |
