The email contacts that you provided to Washington Mutual I emailed on Saturday night and receive and email response from one of the executive within the next day ... ON A WEEKEND!!! By Monday, I receive a phone call from the executive office and was on my way. I was assigned to a negotiator within a week and now have the best loan and could not ask for anything better. Here are the details of my loan modification: *** Step-Rate Program 1st Year 4.559% (Principal/Interest) 2nd Year 5.165% (Principal/Interest) 3rd Year 5.771% (Principal/Interest) *** $75,000 added back onto the loan and brought me current *** Original loan rate set to expire in 2011 extended on the life of the loan until 2036 is 6.375% *** First payment August 2008 I only need to pay 1 months mortgage payment as a good faith. If I did not say it before I LOVE WASHINGTON MUTUAL. They really do care. For all of you in the similar situation, hang in there.
