New here, I have ocwen as a lien holder. I recently got the same offer as others here are talking about. Initially I was very nervous but excited as well. we had an ARM at 7.8 due to change in june with a 10 year balloon as well. Ocwen had offered a 6 percent for 5 years that would adjust back up originally. I called after some debate with the wife and was informed that the offer had expired but that I may qualify for something else. I just had to submit my financial info. I was shortly informed that I qualified for 30 years at 6 percent fixed WOW i nearly fell over. Shortly after this conversation I got approved. Once again the letters were exactly like the ones above, we had a realtor friend go over the pages. Once we felt comfortable, everything was sent out. I feel a huge burden liftinf off my shoulders, still not where I want to be, but slowly getting there and with this I made a big step.
