can you tell me how long it took you to get an answer from citi residential. I started the process Jan.9th. I talked to customer service and they told me they would send me out a Loan Mod packet. Never received it. Called C.S Jan 31st again and they could not fine Loan Mod request # . Decided to contact Hope Now. Gave all our info over the phone they said the lender would be in touch within 7-10 days. Nothing. After reading some info on this site I emailed Hala Farid Feb 28th and he responded on March 3rs saying that he would forward my info and someone would be getting ahold of me. I finally received a call on March 10th froma Gina, saying that I should of received a letter saying that they are not able to help me at this time, due to the lack of documentation that was provided by Hope Now. Well I was not asked to provide any financials or any type of hardship letter, so how can that determination be made? She said that she would look at my file and see what she could do, but to please fax in pay stubs, etc. But did not ask for a hardship letter explaining situation. She called me back on the 24th of March asking if I had faxed the paperwork in and I said yes, so she was going to have to locate the paperwork. I have not heard back from her. Please any advice on what my next step should be or who to contact. Any positive success stories dealing with citi residential?
